“See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland..”
Isaiah 43:19

New things are happening all around us. Change is in the air and we are hearing the pro’s and con’s of how each of us may see, hear, feel, or read about these changes. During this time of transition and change we need to keep in mind the human condition and how this is affecting some and may not necessarily be us personally.

Snow is melting, yet we are still so dry. We don’t need another wet spring. Friends being told they no longer have a job. The planting season will soon begin so we can play in God’s creation. (dirt) The sloppy season is here and you can’t keep the house or the car clean. The days are getting longer. Funding for a veterans service will be stopped at the end of the month. The sun is getting warmer and the crocus plays peek a boo, making a way through the wilderness of dried grass and leaves or mound of snow.

God is always moving, changing and making a way that will be meeting His agenda and plans, not ours. It is all of our responsibility to see where God is, in these changes. We don’t have answers but we do have our God who loves, encourages and sees everyone and every situation.

Peace, Your Sam Wendy
