Plastics Needed!!

We have a challenge to collect 1000 lbs of recyclable plastic by September 2026. Why? For a sitting bench outside the church made from the recycled plastic we collect. We are collecting and able to recycle so much more than just your plastic bags. We can take bubble wrap, bread bags, zip lock bags, air pillows, retail bags, product wrap (paper towels, toilet paper etc), electronic wrap and even plastic shipping envelopes. A few other items that was listed are Ice bags,Wood pellet bags, salt bags and cereal box liners. So far we have turned in 45 pounds! We have made it easy to drop off at church as there are two large bins; one inside the fellowship door and one outside the kitchen. Any questions about what can be dropped off, please stop by church. There are handouts in the Narthex! Let’s make this happen.
