Annual Meeting

Please join us for the annual congregational meeting on Sunday, January 25th. Starting at 9, we have our worship service, followed by our annual meeting, and a potluck meal.

Annual meeting will be held on January 25th. Please look over the draft constitution before the annual meeting so we can make adjustments as needed. Copies will be placed in the narthex by January 11th. Committees that need reports to Vera are: Letter from the Church Council, Pastor's Letter, Congregation Events 2025, Financial Secretary’s Report, Treasurer’s Report, W/ELCA Report, Prayer Garden Report, Worship Committee, Music Ministry Report, Bible Study, and Youth Education and Activities Report. Please have all reports to Vera by January 7th so they can be available for the congregation on the 11th.
